INES Consultant engineers is organized in two departments depending on Technical Management: Production Department and I+D Department. Production Department is divided in two departments: Exploitation Engineering and New Works.

Production Department activity is focused on Civil Works and Building areas.

I+D Department activity has two ways of working: Internal ( processes improvement and staff formation) and external (researching projects developed for clients).
